Setup

Get live in 5 minutes

Four steps. The only technical part is pasting one line of code โ€” and we show you exactly where it goes.

1

Log in to your dashboard

Go to gamification.click/admin and sign in with the email and password we sent you. This is your private control panel โ€” change your password under your account on first login.

2

Set up your brand

In Brand settings, enter your business name, a short programme tagline (e.g. "Coffee Lovers Club"), and pick a brand colour. The widget instantly takes on your look โ€” your customers never see our name.

  • Points per check-in โ€” how many points each daily visit awards (10 is a good default).
  • Timezone โ€” so "a day" matches your local opening hours.
3

Choose your rewards

In Reward milestones, decide what customers unlock and when. Each milestone is a streak length plus a reward. Keep early wins easy and later ones aspirational:

  • 3-day streak โ†’ free coffee upgrade โ˜•
  • 7-day streak โ†’ 15% off their order ๐ŸŽ
  • 14-day streak โ†’ free pastry โญ
  • 30-day streak โ†’ VIP status ๐Ÿ‘‘

When a customer hits a milestone, the widget shows them a unique reward code to use at the till.

4

Add the widget to your website

Copy your personal embed code from the Embed panel in the dashboard (it already contains your unique key). Paste it once, just before the closing </body> tag of your site:

<script src="https://gamification.click/widget.js" data-key="pk_your_key_here" async></script>

Then choose where it appears:

  • Inline โ€” add <div id="loyalty-widget"></div> wherever you want the card to sit on the page.
  • Floating button โ€” leave that out and a tidy ๐ŸŽ button appears in the bottom-right corner of every page.
On Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or WordPress? Look for a "custom code", "code injection", or "embed HTML" option in your site settings and paste the snippet there. If you'd like, we'll add it for you โ€” just ask.

Questions

FAQ

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The widget runs right on your website. Customers join with just an email and check in from any phone or computer.
What happens if someone misses a day?
Their current streak resets to zero on their next check-in, but their "best streak" and total points are kept. That gentle loss is exactly what motivates daily returns.
Can customers cheat by checking in twice?
No. The system only counts one check-in per customer per day, enforced at the database level โ€” repeated taps won't inflate a streak.
Will the widget clash with my website's design?
No. It's sealed in its own container, so it can't interfere with your site's styling โ€” and it adopts your brand colour automatically.
How do customers redeem a reward?
When they hit a milestone, the widget shows a unique code. They show it at the till and you apply the reward. (A staff "mark as redeemed" flow is on the roadmap.)
Can I change my rewards later?
Anytime. Edit milestones in your dashboard and the change is live immediately for all customers.
